REJUVENATION MASSAGE (Special Kerala massage)

Complete body massage with herbal oil/powder by hand and by foot for 90 minutes. good for rejuvenating body, reduces mental tension sexual weakness, improves vitality.

general massage

Body massage with herbal oil to tone up the body and to improve the blood circulation. duration will be one hour.

indian head massage

this includes massage for head, neck and shoulder for 30 minutes. good for reducing tension, mental stress, improve blood circulation, reduce neck pain, shoulder pain etc.

udvartanam

Massage with herbal powder alone or mixed with oil and buttermilk or medicated juice. the powder is rubbed upward on the body. useful for weight reduction and good for skin diseases

PIZHICHIL

Lukewarm herbal oil is poured all over the body by two trained therapists in a special rythematic way continuously for 60 minutes. Useful for Rheumatic diseases like Arthritis, Paralysis, Hemiplegia, Sexual weakness & nerve disorder

Njavara Kizhi

Whole body or any specific part there of is made to perspire by the application of certain medical puddings externally in the form of boluses tied up n muslin bag applied by two therapists for 60 minutes per day.

dhara

(Ta kradhara , Ksheerad ha ra, Thyladhara) In this process some herbal oils, medicated milk, medicated butter milk etc are poured on the forehead in a special method for about 45 minutes. Useful for insomnia, Vata predominant diseases, metal tensions and skin diseases.

kizhi massage

Herbal leaves and herbal powder are made into boluses and applied to the body with hot medical oil or decotions. Good for swelling, spondylosis, lower back pain etc. Duration is 45 minutes.

Kativasthy

Specially prepared warm mediated herbal paste boundary for 45 keit oil is kept over the lower back with minutes. It is good for any type of . back pain, Spinal disorders etc

nasyam

Herbal juice, medicated oils is applied through the nostril. It is good for headaches, sinusitis, paralysis, mental disorders etc.

Detoxifying Therapy (Panchakarma)

Purifying the whole body to attain proper balance of vatha, pitta and kapha based on panchakarma. This package includes snehapanam, body rnassages, nasyam, virechanam (Medicated purgative), Vamanam, snehavasthy, dhara, pizhichil etc.. This therapy can be done from 7 days to 28 days. good for complete detoxification of the body.

slimming program

This includes different type of massages, internal medicines for a period of 21 to 28 days. Special ayurvedic diet is adviced during the time of treatment as well as after the treatment
